Spring season starts with Fair Pay: Online premiere on March 17
Dear , The days are getting longer and brighter again, the snow in Northern Europe is melting, and as the temperatures rise, it finally seems imaginable that - despite everything else - spring will come around again. I am already in the best of moods – as I feel the very first Universal Fair Pay Check Awards ceremony approach. And I would like to invite you to celebrate this premiere with me on March 17 exactly one month from today!
For the first time in the history of fair pay, we are honoring companies with our brand new certification. The special feature: The process can be carried out worldwide in any company of any size, unites the best statutory initiatives in the world to form a single method and closes all other pay gaps in addition to the gender pay gap. To celebrate, red carpet and champagne would be more than fitting, but on this special occasion, I invite you to an online premiere with wonderful guests from around the world.
I am particularly looking forward to welcome:
- our guest of honor, Hubertus Heil, Federal Minister of Labor and Social Affairs, is the patron of the Universal Fair Pay Check in Germany and will welcome us
- our pilot companies, in the very first certification round, will join us to be honored with the award
- Renate Wagner, Head of Human Resources and Member of the Board of Management of Allianz
- Lasse Rheingans, Agency Head and Inventor of the 5-hour working day
- Robert Szilinski, CEO at esentri AG
- Víðir Ragnarsson, Head of Diversity and Inclusion Initiatives at Reykjavík Energy
- Páll Matthíasson, CEO of Landspítali in Iceland
- an inspiring fair pay discussion with the best analytics and software partners in the world.
And last but not least I look forward to welcoming you to the screen between 12 and 2 p.m. (GMT +1) to meet our experts from Germany and Iceland. Participation is free of charge; register here.
Will you join me? I would love to e-meet you on March 17!
Yours, Henrike von Platen
